This was a fun project because we got to photograph so many different people, but also because we did short 3-5 min video interviews with every single person. The initial goal was for the client to get a bunch of good sound-bites that could be used in an “about us” or recruiting video, but after seeing them, they ended up using all the videos for bios of each employee.  After watching all the interviews, the leadership team ended up learning a ton of info they didn’t know about many of the team members.  

So in addition to just being a visual update, it kind of ended up being a research and recruiting project as well!
